Gilroy California, Since 1981; Joe’s Italian Restaurant successfully
passed ownership from one authentic Italian food loving family to
another.
The Bertolone Family opened the doors of Joe’s
Italian Restaurant back in 1981 and after over two decades of
successful service to the community transferred ownership to the De
Alba Family. In one year, Carmen and Alfonso De Alba with the
appropriate menu improvements obtained the Gilroy’s Dispatch Readers’
Poll awards for “Best Italian Restaurant”, “Best Pizza”, “Best
Restaurant been Around 10+ years”.
A true landmark
for the locals of Gilroy and surrounding communities Joe’s Italian
Restaurant provides excellent food to go and catering services. But, if
you are visiting the Garlic capital of the world, you must stop at
Joe’s for a real Italian meal and an experience only comparable to the
big cities’ Italian hangout eateries.

Joe’s Italian Restaurant in
Gilroy California is a family run establishment where people come to
relax, have a good time, and enjoy a great meal and a bottle of their
favorite wine. From the moment our customers walk in the door, they are
greeted by a warm atmosphere, mood defining music, as well as friendly
and courteous staff. Our award winning restaurant serves an array of
the most delicious Italian dishes with succulent homemade pleasure
sauces. Our large portions are prepared to satisfy our selective and
diverse clientele at reasonable prices.
Throughout
the day and evening we provide exceptional service and satisfactorily
cater to everyone. Out traditional family style atmosphere and table
arrangements encourage our customers to let go of their concerns, and
open up to our warm environment. Our restaurant morphs from a
delightful oasis for professionals and casuals to enjoy lunch, to an
evening of family nurturing and romantic setting for people celebrating
a special occasion.
The restaurant is full of
customers, and yet we efficiently avoid long delays while they are
being seated and while their food is being prepared. Our delivery and
catering services are equally efficient and customer
friendly.
When our dining guests are done, we take
care of their check quickly and efficiently. They are happy, satisfied,
and with the desire of just one more bite of our wonderful food.
